Within 2-3 minutes I returned from changing my shoes, noticed shoe/shopping bags missing. I asked the construction workers next door had anyone seen them. I was told someone put them in trash. To my knowledge the restaurant next door does not have the same property owner. There is no reason to remove anything that is not on his property.
There is an alley in between OC Skin aside the construction site; the community passes through frequently. I'm only here when the sun comes up; before streetlights are on. I've NEVER slept here. There is available wifi omitting cafés; fast-food; libraries; Starbucks etc; convenient next to beach. Prior this incident I was acquainted with the married couple at San Clemente Optometry; NO CONFRONTATION.
Taylor approached me prior Thanksgiving, I was sitting in front at SC Optometry in a Papasan chair websurfing. He informed me there would be construction 14 months NEXT DOOR. Is there any way he could remove me from infront it interferes with business? I told him I'm never even there during business so we should be cool. He then offered me hospitality; also a ticket to travel one way. The deal was I would leave when San Clemente Optometry opened 9AM, return upon close.

Taylor removed my property with receipts from OC Skin Institute staircase. Taylor placed my property in the trash bin. (Where were my blankets supposedly I was here sleeping?) Taylor refused to tell me where he placed my property. I proceeded to pick up a pad/tablet from ground in the alley. I stated I needed my property in exchange. Taylor refused again to return my property. I threw the pad/tablet I found on ground. Taylor called police I grabbed my items; waited to report to police upon their arrival.
Moon arrives gets Taylor's report, checks my property. Moon witnesses my damaged tablet. (Information missing from discovery Moon). Schultz asks my phone password to make phone call; I denied access. Detained on vandalism charge. After being detained Judge would not release me I HAD NO WARRANTS. Moon did you find any garbage? Everything that is damaged or missing has a receipt.
